Catherine Larochelle<\/a><\/span>, qui a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 sa ma\u00eetrise en histoire<\/span><\/a> \u00e0 l’UQAM (dir. Jean-Marie Fecteau<\/a>) tout en travaillant comme assistante de recherche au CHRS, pr\u00e9sentera une conf\u00e9rence au Mus\u00e9e des Beaux-Arts de Montr\u00e9al le mercredi 11 mars prochain. Sa pr\u00e9sentation s’intitulera \u00abDu fantasme culturel \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 coloniale : l’Orient et l’imp\u00e9rialisme europ\u00e9en\u00bb et prendra place dans la programmation entourant l’exposition Merveilles et mirages de l’orientalisme (Benjamin Constant) dans la s\u00e9rie Droit sur l’art. Elle poursuit par ailleurs ses \u00e9tudes doctorales en histoire \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al.<\/span><\/p>\n
